Mayo Gallery, Richmond, Virginia, acquired in 1984

Note:

The artist was born in New York and married the American artist Ernest Blumenschein in 1905. Together they worked as illustrators in Paris to support Ernest’s studies. They relocated in New York in 1909 and eventually settled in Taos in 1919 where she stayed until her death in 1958.
